The Mary Jane Arrington Gym offers a regulation-size basketball court and is open for both residents and non-residents of Poinciana. The gymnasium is used by Poinciana Schools that do not have a gymnasium to provide indoor physical education programs.

It is best to call to inquire about open times for the courts as they do change depending on schedule of soccer and basketball leagues.

The Aquatic Center became the 2nd pool of Poinciana in 2017 as part of the whole renovation of the Vance Harmon Complex.
This pool is a regulation lap pool but also includes 2 diving boards with a 12 foot diving well. And is rented out to several school to assist in teaching swimming to the youth of Osceola and Polk County. In addition, the Aquatic Center is the site of Special Olympic athletes to train for competition.
Minnow and Sharks has swimming lessons at the Aquatic Center.

During the renovation of the Vance Harmon Complex in 2017, the addition of an outside venue including an amphitheater stage was constructed behind the Mary Jane Arrington Gymnasium. This is the venue that is used for all outdoor grand events hosted by the Association of Poinciana Villages and LifeStyle of Poinciana, among those events being the Annual Fireworks Spectacular and the Annual Christmas Parade and Celebration. There is nothing better than seeing the Stage with top of the line entertainers, many being from Central Florida's theme parks, and the field alive with family and friends enjoying each other while making lifetime memories together.

Vance Harmon Park is the largest park in Poinciana as well as the oldest. The Park was named Vance Harmon Park honoring a patriarch member of the homeowners Association, who carried with him a dedication of introducing sports to young children. 2017 brought with it a total renovation of not only the sporting parks, which include lighted baseball field, batting cages, tennis courts, sand volleyball courts and a pickleball court, but a total makeover of the existing playground with the addition of a second playground. The brand new Vance Harmon Dog Park separated to accommodate small and large dogs, is also a new addition to the Vance Harmon Park.
